1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the specific nature of research chemicals and the necessity of maintaining a strictly controlled environment for laboratory materials, GABBY’S BEAUTY LAB CO. does not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped. This policy ensures the integrity and purity of all research materials provided to our clients.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:
  • All research peptides and chemical compounds.
  • Items that have been opened, tampered with, or removed from their original packaging.
  • Items requiring specific storage conditions (e.g., refrigeration).
  • Any products purchased during a promotional or “Final Sale” event.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may only be cancelled if the request is received before the order has been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has left our facility, the sale is final. To request a cancellation, please contact gabbysbeautylab1@gmail.com immediately with your order number.
4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
If you receive a product that was damaged during transit or if the incorrect item was sent, you must notify GABBY’S BEAUTY LAB CO. within [48/72] hours of delivery.
  • You must provide photographic evidence of the damaged packaging or incorrect item.
  • Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost to the researcher.
  • No refunds will be issued for damaged items; only exact replacements will be provided to maintain the research intent of the transaction.
5. RETURN TO SENDER / REFUSED DELIVERIES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser or because the delivery was refused, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. No refunds will be issued for refused deliveries.
